1. What do I receive after purchase?

You will receive a digital product only. After purchase, you’ll get instant access to your Canva template link or instructions for submitting details for a custom design. No physical item will be shipped.

2. Do I need Canva to use the templates?

Yes. Our templates are designed for Canva. You can use them with a free Canva account, no paid subscription required.

3. Are the templates editable?

Yes! All templates are fully editable in Canva. You can change photos, text, colors, and layout to match your style and memories.

4. How does the custom matchbox poster work?

After purchase, you send us your favorite things such as photos, places, songs, memories, hobbies, or special moments. We design a personalized matchbox-style collage poster based on your submission and send you the finished design.

5. How long does a custom order take?

Custom designs are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a draft first and can request changes if needed.

6. Can I print my poster?

Absolutely. Our designs are high-resolution and suitable for home printing or professional print shops. You can print in multiple sizes.

7. What sizes are supported?

Most templates are designed in 18×24in size.  To resize a design yourself in Canva, a Canva Pro account is required. If you don’t have Canva Pro, simply email us (hello@honeyletter.co) with your preferred size and we’ll resize the design for you at no extra cost.

8. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us for assistance.
