What exactly am I buying - is this a printed poster or a digital file?
You're buying an editable digital Canva template, not a physical printed poster. After checkout you'll instantly receive a link to open the design in Canva, where you add your own photos and text. Once you're happy with it, you download it as a high-resolution file and print it yourself - at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. Nothing is shipped to you.
Do I need a paid Canva account or any design experience?
No to both. Every template works with the free version of Canva - no Canva Pro subscription required. And you don't need any design skills: the layout, fonts and decorative elements are already done for you. All you do is drag in your own photos and edit the text, which usually takes 5–10 minutes.
How do I receive the template after I buy it?
Delivery is instant and automatic. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll get an email with a download link on the order confirmation page - no waiting, no manual processing. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@honeyletter.co and we'll resend it right away.
What size will my poster be, and where can I print it?
Each template is set up at 18×24 in at print-ready resolution. You can print it at home on a standard printer (scaled down), at a local print shop, or through an online printing service like Printful, Vistaprint, or your supermarket's photo counter. If you'd like a different size, just message us after your purchase and we'll resize it and send it over to you.
How many photos can I add, and can I change the text?
Yes - every template is fully editable. You can swap in your own photos, change all the text (names, dates, quotes, captions), and adjust colors within Canva's editor. If you want to add or remove a photo slot, that's also possible within Canva, though the layout is optimized to look best as designed.
Can I customize or change the design elements on the template, not just the photos and text?
Yes - each template comes with 500+ extra design elements (stickers, shapes, textures, and decorative accents) added on additional pages within the same Canva file. Since everything is fully editable, you can pull any of these elements onto your design, plus move, resize, recolor, hide, or delete anything already placed - so you're never locked into the layout as-is.
Can I return or get a refund on a digital template?
Because these are instantly-delivered digital products, all sales are final once the file/link has been delivered - we're not able to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Is this a good gift, or just for me?
Most customers buy these as a personalized gift - for a best friend's birthday, an anniversary or Mother's Day. Since you receive an editable link (not a physical item), it works two ways: you can design and print it yourself as a surprise, or send the Canva link to the recipient so they can build it together with you or a group of friends.
Can I use my phone to edit the template, or do I need a computer?
Either works. Canva has a free mobile app (iOS and Android) as well as a browser version, so you can add your photos and text from your phone if that's easier.
What if I make a mistake or want to edit it again later?
No problem - the template stays saved to your Canva account, so you can go back and re-edit it (swap photos, fix a typo, print a second copy for someone else) any time.
