Due to the nature of our products, all purchases of digital downloads are final.

Once your order has been completed and the digital files or download links have been delivered, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Digital products cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Please read the product description carefully before making your purchase to ensure the product meets your needs.

Exceptions

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us and we will be happy to help:

• You receive the wrong file.
• The download link does not work.
• The file is corrupted or incomplete.
• You have trouble accessing your purchase.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by providing a replacement file or assistance with accessing your download.
